History of this Vehicle:

This truck was owned and restored by Merv Brunt of Colac, Victoria, and then donated to the National Road Transport Hall of Fame. Merv Brunt’s collection of early commercial trucks was well known.

Australia’s most famous Albion trucks were operated by Arnotts Biscuit Company. A loyal Scotsman to the core, William Arnott used Scottish marque from the early 1900’s. Albion was named for the ancient name of the British Isles and went on to become known the world over for its catchy ‘Sure as Sunshine’ slogan and logo.
