History of this Vehicle:

Lindsay Bros. Transport was established in March 1953 when Tom and Peter purchased three second-hand fiveton trucks from their father, Victor Lindsay. Each of the men had worked in different fields raising the £500 they each contributed as deposits for the purchase of the vehicles.

Tom and Peter drove trucks every day for the first ten years, originally carting fruit and vegetables to Newcastle and Sydney markets.
