Ford Model T Runabout

History of this Vehicle:

This Model T Ford was modified for cross country trips and endurance tests. It is the oldest vehicle to have made the round trip from Alice Springs to Ayers Rock as it was known then, now known as Uluru.

The fenders were removed and the body was replaced by a box which contains a large fuel tank and space for provisions and tools.
