Holden HQ One Tonne Ute

This vehicle was owned by Keven and Hazel Harris of Mt Gambier, South Australia, for over 30 years.

HQ was the first of the Holden models to offer cab chassie variants. The one tonner cab ute differed from the ute cab as it ended at the back window, allowing for different tray options. The one tonner also had a slightly longer wheel base.

You could order the HQ with engines from the 173 cubic inch 6 cylinder through to the 308 V8 engine.
