Mick Travlos

Inducted into the Shell Rimula Wall of Fame at Reunion 2006.

When young Mick Travlos first arrived in Australia in 1964 he didn't speak a word of English.  Mick has now been in business for nearly 50 years.  He started with one truck and had expanded to 40 trucks by 2006.

Mick has been a TNT sub-contractor for nearly 40 years.  During that time he has earned himself a reputation as being a hard worker with good business acumen.  Never one to worry about getting his hands dirty Mick Travlos has survived in this industry when many others failed.

Mick has endured hardship over the years, but managed to prevail.  He knows riding through the storm every now and then is just what he has to do if he wants to stay on the top.  Mick has been described as many things throughout the years including being kind and generous and a great bloke to work for.  He is also known for his dedication to customers and loyalty to his people.
